Sooo this took me like forever, and I want to finish the movie within like a month or so, but for now here's a trailer. The audio and video quality are just dreadful thanks to all that converting and rendering I had to do, but nonetheless, here it is.

The music you hear in the trailer is "DenX - Lurking" by lhceist41. I'm going to be using a bunch of this user's tracks, they're pretty amazing...

So I opened up a Formspring account, in case anyone was wondering anything, or perhaps people just wanted to ask completely random things to see my responses. If you are interested in any of that, here you go.

And now I am back. During the vacation I was on, I had a lot of time to practice drawing, sketching a bunch on paper whenever I could. And now, it's time to work on the movie once more...

Starting this Tuesday, the 10th, I'll be gone until the 14th on Saturday. During this time I won't get any progress on The Freelance Police cartoon, but I'll practice drawing some more. Lot of stuff with my art I gotta work on.

So how's The Freelance Police coming along, by the way... it's going, but slowly. I'll be lucky if I finish it by the end of Summer, since some scenes in it are going to be pretty crazy, and I want to take my time and have a DECENT finished product rather than rushing it. Quality over quantity is the way to go. Also you can watch this update video I just released. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNb4cnvfLbA

Also I'm thinking of starting a series once it's finished.

That is all.

Just yesterday, a small associate for my projects and a very good, close friend had just left for US Navy training. deadlycheese123 voiced some small and big parts in a couple of my videos, he was the archer from The Knights of Twistalia, Bates from You're Firing Me!?, and Jimmy from StarNova. He always enjoyed the things I created and was very encouraging. For the rest of the Summer he will be in boot camp, until he returns this September, then he'll be off to serve in the Navy. I wish him good luck.

And if you're wondering about anything to come in the near future... well I've been working on the next project lately, "The Freelance Police", basically a buddy cop sub-genre thing. It's coming along, though slowly, it's getting there. I'm attempting to improve my general drawing skills and make the overall style just look nicer, because I know it's gravely needed. At some point there's this game I want to make with my cousin, I have no idea when it'll happen but at some point it will. He's going to college and he's pretty amazing at character design.

That is all for now

So after a grueling two months, I finished that retarded video I over-hyped. You can watch it here. Or you can watch it on YouTube.

I really don't know what I was thinking when I made this, but I just did. Thanks to RicePirate and SirUndead for lending me their awesome voices, and Spazkid for the preloader art.

Enjoy :I

Soooo here's a trailer I put together last night for the cartoon I've been working on for over a month now. It'll be a few weeks 'till it's finished though, so you'll have to wait a bit...

The first music track you hear in the trailer is "Derelict Trailer", which you can listen to here, and the second one is the "Epic Trailer Music" by Oney, which you can listen to here.

Alright, so, here's some updates, in case you were wondering.

The animation I'm working on, StarNova, is going pretty well. Progress is moving faster than it was for the past few weeks, mostly because my computer was dead and I had to use my brother's whenever he was out for work. But a big thanks to him for letting me use it nonetheless, otherwise nothing would've gotten done whatsoever.

Now that my PC is up and running again, it's coming along. For some bad news I have, I'm sorta scrapping the game I was making for a few months now, progress was just too slow, I'm working on too many projects, but, most importantly, it wasn't very fun. It worked, you could attack monsters, they attacked you, they respawned fine, but it was just too sloppy and pretty glitchy. HOWEVER, I do plan on making another game once I have a couple of other cartoons out (part 1 to Desca being one of them), and I'll make it more simple, that way... I'll actually be able to finish it. Just sorta planning a side-scroller with a couple of playable characters, unique voices will be needed for each. But that's a while from now.

So uh yeah. Just got RicePirate's voice in for StarNova a few days back, turned out awesome. He did some improvising to some of his lines, it was pretty amazing.

Anyway... that's all for now. Have a screenshot:

...Is taking forever to finish...

Just a cartoon I'm making about these two girl people who defend this store from this other guy who's apparently trying to kill them or something. SirUndead and I voice the two characters. It's pretty neat.

It's just taking so long, it's ridiculous, I see all these other animators constantly surpassing me and releasing something like once every 1-2 weeks AND with decent quality, I mean they literally get like 5 videos out before I get one, ha.

Ah well.

In the mean time, there's also Desca, which I told you all about, and that's going alright, but the reason why I just randomly started making StarNova is because I'm trying to get something out there so I have something for people to watch for a while, because... well, Desca is going to take another few months even if I work 24/7 on it. I don't want to wait that long... let's face it, publishing work is fun, right?

I want to add shadows to the characters and stuff, but it's already taking an over-amount of time, but then again quality-over-quantity... who knows what I'll end up doing.

And to be honest I guess this is my best animation in a cartoon so far, but realistically I kinda doubt it will really do any good, but again, we'll see...

Oh by the way, Mr. Tom Flups, it's not going to have any references or memes in it, so I'm going to assume you're not going to get it front-paged when it comes out... just kidding.

But seriously it's not going to have any references or memes. I'm really just done with those... I can't stand seeing them in cartoons anymore, it's just an easy pass to the views and ad revenue.

ANYWAY, I am done with this post, I think.

This is my favorite holiday. I don't know what it is, I guess it's simply because it's so simple and nothing too special really ever happens, but there's just this strange aura in the air...

Anyway... what's going on, well, chapter I of Desca is coming along, all of the actors' voices are completed and ready. I think the animation's alright, and I'm experimenting with new effects. I have the entire story outlined, so if it does okay I have an actual plan set up for the rest of the future chapters, rather than just making it up as I go along... if you don't know what Desca is, well, it's basically an animation series I'm working on, which has to do with the future and soldiers and aliens and blablabdksgjskjgsgj.

Also I've been working on a game for a while, but it's getting progress VERY slowly, because I've been so freakin' busy lately I literally don't have enough time in the day to do everything I'd normally like to. BUT hey... it's St. Patrick's Day... and St. Patrick's Day is awesome.
